As more and more small Alaskan businesses crop up in the modern world, more community-focused brands pop-up too. In the past 5 years alone, we've seen for-profit businesses like Blue Market AK, Furniture Studio + Salvage, and Hair Science build businesses that benefit not only their bottom line, but their communities, too.

In this open discussion, we're exploring all things Social Entrepreneurship, or the approach to develop, fund and implement solutions to social, cultural, or environmental issues. Do you have ideas for how Alaska's businesses could better approach these civil challenges we all face? Have questions for the business owners getting their hands in the work? Interested in potentially getting started yourself? Then this is the event for you!
